The RealTruck FlushFit MRC-3000 combines premium matte-black aluminum construction with a below-the-rails, fully flush design. Its RTxCoreSpring technology retracts the cover automatically when the keyed latch is released, without electrical wiring or drive motors.

Strong interlocking aluminum slats, a compact canister and integrated T-slot rack rails make this a practical manual retractable tonneau cover for work, travel and adventure. Choose your specific truck above.

Important vehicle fitment restrictions

Chevy/GMC: Silverado/Sierra 1500 short-bed applications do not fit the CarbonPro bed or factory bedside storage boxes; the longer 1500 also excludes factory bedside storage. MultiPro/MultiFlex tailgates are compatible on specified applications. Some tailgate step handles may need removal.
Ram: Standard MRC30RAM15A0 and MRC30RAM17A0 will not fit multifunction/split tailgates. MRC30RAM15BA0 is for RamBox models, with or without the multifunction tailgate; installation requires silver cargo rails, not the black track system. A TRX bed bar must be removed if fitted.
Toyota: The Tacoma 2024+ and Tundra 2022+ fitments require removal of factory deck rails. Certain Tundra applications exclude Trail Special Edition storage boxes.
Ford: 2015–2020 F-150 and 2021+ F-150 use different cover SKUs. The 2022+ F-150 Lightning uses the current-generation short-bed application; verify the exact year and configuration.

Installation and warranty

The MRC-3000 uses a manual, spring-assisted mechanism with no electrical connections. RealTruck describes the process as a clamp-and-bracket installation, typically 60 minutes or less; actual time depends on the vehicle. Some applications require removing cargo/deck rails or routing drain tubes through appropriately sized openings. Consult the vehicle-specific manual and follow all safety precautions. Installation can be quoted separately by a participating Cap-it store.

No. The MRC-3000 is manual and uses an automatic spring-assisted return, a keyed latch and a pull strap.

Can I open it without lowering the tailgate?

Yes, the spring-operated mechanism works independently of the tailgate.
