SHIPPING

General Information 
All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the delay.  Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available, we will notify you before the order ships.

Delivery Location 
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Canada.  Any delivery outside of Canada, please contact us with special instructions.  No shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Note: Select products, such as KUMA Outdoor Gear, GCI Outdoor & Camp Chef are automatically available for delivery to addresses within the continental United States.  However returns (outside of warranty) of these products from the USA will incur freight charges.

Local Pickup in Langley, BC is available at no charge, including Oversized products from Mon-Fri 9:00am - 3:00pm except holidays.

Handling Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except holidays).

Transit Time 
Transit times are to be used as a guide only and typically delivered as follows;

  • BC & Alberta 1-3 business days, excluding handling time
  • Saskatchewan & Manitoba 3-5 business days, excluding handling time
  • Ontario & Quebec 4-8 business days, excluding handling time
  • Maritime & Atlantic Provinces 7-14 business days, excluding handling time
  • Northern Territories 10-20 business days, excluding handling time
  • USA (TBD)

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.  Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions
Customer may be required to be present at the time of delivery or additional charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

Orders are typically delivered via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post to your individual delivery address (no shipping to P.O. Boxes) with FREE SHIPPING over $200.  Exception include remote areas or "Oversized" products.

 *Oversized includes (but not limited to) products such as Rooftop Tents, Truck Caps, & Cargo Boxes.  Due to the size and weight of these products, extra freight charges will be calculated at checkout & may also be delivered to your nearest freight facility. An option for door-to-door delivery may also be available at an addition charge.

05.27.21 UPDATE
All Rooftop Tents are now shipped prepaid to your nearest freight facility within Canada.  Direct to home shipping may be available to select locations at an extra charge.

Damaged Items in Transport
