The Wild Land Ultralight Inflatable Mattress is designed to sit underneath the standard foam mattress inside a compatible Wild Land rooftop tent.
Its foam-free air-cell construction adds cushioning and support without the bulk of a traditional replacement mattress. When properly deflated, it can remain inside the rooftop tent when the tent is closed, helping simplify setup and pack-down at camp.
Each mat includes a multifunction electric air pump for fast inflation and deflation, along with adapters for different valve types.
Why Add an Inflatable Mat?
Rooftop tent mattresses must balance sleeping comfort with the limited space available when the tent is closed. The Ultralight Inflatable Mattress adds another layer of support without permanently replacing or significantly increasing the bulk of the original mattress.

Inflate to Approximately 70% to 80% Capacity
Do not inflate the mattress until it feels completely rigid. Over-inflation creates excessive internal pressure and may damage the seams. Leaving some flexibility also provides a more comfortable sleeping surface and allows the mat to better support the foam mattress above it.

How to Use the Ultralight Inflatable Mat
Position

Deflate

Does this replace the original rooftop tent mattress?
It is not intended as a direct replacement. Wild Land designed the Ultralight Inflatable Mattress to sit beneath the original foam mattress, adding adjustable cushioning and support while allowing you to retain the comfort and structure of the factory mattress.
Is the mat self-inflating?
No. An electric multifunction air pump is included for inflation and deflation.
How much should I inflate it?
Inflate the mat to approximately 70% to 80% capacity. Do not inflate it until it becomes completely rigid, as excessive internal pressure may damage the seams.
Can it remain inside the tent when the tent is closed?
Yes, when sufficiently deflated. Closing clearance can vary between rooftop tent models and depending on other bedding stored inside, so confirm that the tent closes without being forced.
Why does the 180 cm version come in two pieces?
The King-size version uses two individual mats measuring 210 × 90 × 5 cm each. Together, they create an approximate combined sleeping width of 180 cm.
Can I adjust the firmness?
Yes. Add or release air to tune the level of support. A slightly softer mat will generally conform better beneath the foam mattress than one inflated to maximum pressure.
Will it fit every Wild Land rooftop tent?
No single size is guaranteed to fit every Wild Land tent. Compare the mat dimensions with the interior sleeping area of your rooftop tent before ordering.
