SmartCap EVOc Commercial Stainless Steel Truck Cap
Built for the job site. Forged from stainless steel.
The SmartCap EVOc Commercial is not a fiberglass shell. It’s a fully modular, automotive-grade stainless steel truck cap designed for contractors, fleet managers, and serious tradespeople who rely on their truck every single day.
If your truck earns a living, this is the cap it deserves.
Forged From Stainless Steel
Manufactured from automotive-grade stainless steel, the EVOc is engineered to take abuse without cracking, flexing, or fading.
- 330 lbs dynamic load rating
- 770 lbs static load rating
- Double-walled stainless steel side doors
- Modular panel construction
In some applications, the cap’s load rating may exceed your truck bed’s capacity. Always consult your vehicle’s Owner’s Manual.
Massive Gullwing Side Openings
Access matters on the job site.
The EVOc’s oversized side doors open wide, giving you full access to your truck bed from either side. Approximately 17% taller than most traditional fiberglass caps, they make loading tools, bins, and materials significantly easier.
Upgrade further with optional Gullwing Bins to build out a true mobile workshop.
Safe and Secure
When combined with stainless steel doors, the optional rear Security Screen mesh adds an additional layer of protection for your cargo.
Your tools stay locked in. The riffraff stays out.
Built Your Way
SmartCap’s SmartSystem™ accessory platform allows you to configure your setup to match your trade.
Available accessories include:
- Gullwing Bins
- Roof racks
- Drawer systems
- Interior lighting solutions
- Security screen mesh
Build your commercial bed exactly how you need it.
Weatherproof in Real Conditions
Rain. Snow. Wind. Dust. Freezing temperatures.
SmartCap’s sealing system, when properly installed, keeps the elements out and your equipment protected.
Removable in Under 15 Minutes
Need to haul oversized materials?
The modular clamp system allows you to remove the cap quickly, then reinstall it when the job calls for it. No permanent modifications required.
Portal Window for Factory Brake Light
SmartCap integrates a portal window that allows your truck’s third brake light to illuminate the bed area.
Practical. Thoughtful. Job-ready.
Note: Not available on certain South African-designed mid-size applications.
