RiG'd WobNot is an adjustable 2″ hitch extension designed to help position compatible hitch-mounted accessories farther from the vehicle while reducing movement at the connection.

Use the three hitch-hole positions to select the extension needed for a compatible 2″ bike rack or accessory. Verify that your rack manufacturer permits a hitch extension and that the extended setup meets the lower of the vehicle, receiver, extension and rack load limits.

No. RiG'd explicitly states WobNot is not tow rated and must not be used as an extension for mounting an UltraSwing.
