For the 6th Generation RAV4, Prinsu starts with the Pro platform. There is no Original-versus-Pro decision to make on this application.
The rack uses Prinsu's redesigned Pro crossbars, engineered to be 44% stronger than standard 2×1 extrusions, with six machined drop-in mounting points per crossbar for fast and flexible accessory placement.
Adjustable crossbar positioning, vehicle-specific side rails, stainless-steel hardware and a low-profile design create a rack that can start simple and evolve as your RAV4 build changes.

This rack is engineered specifically for the 6th Generation Toyota RAV4 beginning with the 2026 model year. It is not the same application as the previous-generation 2019–2025 RAV4 rack.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
No Drilling, But This Isn't a Five-Minute Install.
The 2026+ RAV4 Prinsu Pro rack mounts to existing factory mounting locations, so drilling into the roof is not required.
Installation does require removal of the original roof rails and dropping the interior headliner to install the Prinsu mounting brackets. Prinsu also specifies disconnecting the vehicle battery before lowering the headliner.
Proper trim removal, mounting, sealing, rack alignment and reassembly all matter to the finished installation.
