Filtration Is Not Purification
The built-in two-stage filtration system helps protect the pump and heater from sediment, debris and fine particles when drawing from suitable natural water sources.
It does not make contaminated water safe to drink. Use clean water whenever possible, inspect natural water sources carefully and follow local guidance before using untreated water for washing.

How many showers can I get from one tank?
The built-in 12-litre tank can provide up to two efficient showers per fill. Actual shower time depends on your selected flow rate, how often the water is paused and how thoroughly each person washes.
How long does the HOTTAP Go take to heat?
Under typical conditions, the system can heat the water in approximately five minutes. Heating time varies with the starting water temperature, outdoor temperature and selected target temperature.
Does hot water come out immediately?
The HOTTAP Go heats and recirculates the water inside its tank before you begin showering. Once the selected temperature is reached, the first spray is already warm instead of sending cold water through the hose while the system catches up.
Does it need an external water tank?
No. The 12-litre water reservoir is built directly into the HOTTAP Go, so you do not need to connect a separate jerry can or water container for normal use.
Does it require permanent plumbing?
