Remove the Canopy When the Job Changes
Once assembled and correctly installed, the SmartCap can be removed from or reinstalled on the truck in approximately 15 minutes, giving you the flexibility to carry taller loads when required. Removal and installation should be completed with adequate help and proper lifting practices.

Every EVOs Sport application is engineered around the dimensions and approved fitment requirements of a specific truck and bed length.

IMPORTANT FITMENT REQUIREMENT
2022+ Toyota Tundra Owners
Bed stiffeners, commonly referred to as J-braces, are required when installing a SmartCap or other bed-rail-mounted accessory on a 2022 or newer Toyota Tundra.
Failure to install appropriate bed stiffeners may affect the structural integrity of the composite truck bed and can contribute to damage involving the bed rails, SmartCap mounting system or rear flange welds.
Damage resulting from installation without required bed stiffeners is not covered by the SmartCap three-year warranty.
Cap-it recommends the CBI Bed Channel Stiffeners for 2022+ Toyota Tundra. Contact a Cap-it location before ordering if you are unsure whether your truck is properly equipped.
