Does the kit include a WaterPORT tank?
No. This is an accessory kit designed for use with an existing WaterPORT pressurized water tank. The tank is sold separately.
Which WaterPORT tanks are compatible?
The Hands-Free Shower & Sink Kit works with the WaterPORT GoSpout, DayTank, Overlander and Weekender.
How does the hands-free nozzle work?
The rechargeable nozzle uses motion activation to start and stop the water flow without requiring you to continually hold a trigger.
Does the motion-activated nozzle require batteries?
No disposable batteries are required. The nozzle is rechargeable using the included USB charging cable.
Can it be used as a normal shower?
Yes. The kit includes a classic shower head that can be installed in place of the motion-activated sink nozzle.
Where can the suction mount be attached?
The mount works best on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as many vehicle windows, trailer walls, boat surfaces and glossy panels. It may not hold securely on textured, dusty or heavily curved surfaces.
Does the kit create water pressure?
No. The water pressure comes from your WaterPORT tank. The kit controls and directs the water once connected to a properly pressurized tank.
Can I leave the kit mounted while driving?
No. Remove the hose, nozzle, shower head and suction mount before driving. Store the components safely in the included case.
How should the kit be stored?
Drain any remaining water, allow the hose and attachments to dry and place the components inside the storage case. Recharge the motion-activated nozzle as needed before your next trip.
