Both posts are built for RambleSwing Pro. The question is how much clearance you need around the spare tire and rear doors, and what else you intend to carry.

Sold separately: RambleSwing Pro carrier, HitchingPost Tire Mount, Accessory Wings, UltraTable or MegaTable, licence plate light, spare wheel and tire, and other mounted gear. The post is not a complete spare-tire carrier by itself.
Fitment and safety: RiG’d lists a 120 lb HitchingPost load rating. The centred post is optimized for up to a 35-inch tire with the separate mount, though up to 37 inches may fit subject to the whole system. Confirm rear-door, bumper, tire and accessory clearance, and comply with the lowest applicable vehicle, hitch or component load limit. RambleSwing Pro is not tow-rated.
Questions before adding to cart?
Can I carry my spare tire with this post alone?
No. Add the HitchingPost Tire Mount and mount the post on a compatible RambleSwing Pro. Check wheel bolt pattern, loaded weight and vehicle clearance.
Is the centred post suitable for 37-inch tires?
RiG’d optimizes the centred post for spare tires up to 35 inches and indicates that 37 inches can also work in certain setups. Before ordering, verify the whole wheel/tire weight, rear-door clearance and other mounted equipment. Compare the Off-Set HitchingPost for a configuration optimized for 37-inch tires.
Do I need Accessory Wings to add fuel or water?
For compatible wing-mounted containers, yes. The Accessory Wings attach to centred or off-set HitchingPosts. Fuel and water containers, pack mounts and other attachments are purchased separately. The Post + Wings Kit combines those two RiG’d pieces.
Are the UltraTable and MegaTable included?
No. Choose the UltraTable or MegaTable version specifically intended for RambleSwing Pro, and verify the applicable bracket and clearance.
What if I don't yet own RambleSwing Pro?
You need the RambleSwing Pro swing-out carrier first. If your goal is primarily a spare tire, the complete spare-tire kit is an alternative that already includes an Off-Set HitchingPost and tire mount. Do not also buy a separate Centred post unless you need it for another configuration.
Does the licence plate light kit attach to the post?
No. The Lug-Mounted Licence Plate Light Kit is designed for an appropriate wheel-plate/tire-mount arrangement, not the bare post.
