2" or 1.25" Receiver? There Is an Important Difference.
Cap-it offers the T2 Pro XTR for both 2-inch and 1.25-inch hitch receivers, but the two versions do not have identical capacities.
The 2-inch 9034XTR carries up to approximately 120 lb total, while the 1.25-inch 9035XTR has a maximum total load of approximately 100 lb.
Both versions have a maximum individual bike weight of 60 lb.
Planning to carry four bikes? Choose the 2-inch version. The optional T2 Pro XT Add-On is compatible with the 2-inch rack only.

The add-on uses the same frame-free wheel-hold concept, accepts 20" to 29" wheels and tires up to 5" wide, and includes an integrated cable lock.
This makes the 2-inch T2 Pro XTR particularly useful for riders who normally carry two bikes but want the flexibility to bring family or friends without replacing the entire rack.
Important: the add-on is for the 2-inch T2 Pro XTR configuration only and is not compatible with the 1.25-inch rack.
