This premium front bumper combines the strength of steel with the weight savings and corrosion resistance of aluminum, offering a hybrid design purpose-built for overlanding, rock crawling, and backcountry adventure.

This version is engineered specifically for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma (4th Gen) and adds an integrated Pre-Runner bull bar for enhanced grille and radiator protection. Manufactured in the USA using CNC precision cutting and robotic welds for strength and consistency. Total bumper weight comes in around 75 lb—remarkably light for a full-protection setup—making it one of the lightest high-clearance bumpers in its class.

Q: Will my factory fog lights fit?
A: No. The bumper is not compatible with OEM fogs, but does accept 2” aftermarket pod lights like our Cap-it Cube Lights.

Q: Is this bumper compatible with Toyota’s TSS radar and parking sensors?
A: Yes. The bumper has been designed with TSS and parking sensor compatibility in mind.

Q: Can I install this bumper by myself?
A: Yes! The hybrid design splits the bumper into two manageable pieces: the aluminum shell and the steel cradle. This makes it possible for a single person to install with basic tools.

Q: What winches will fit?
A: Most winches up to 12,000 lb will fit. If your winch height exceeds 10.1” (e.g., WARN Zeon at 10.5”), minor relocation or modification may be required.

Q: Will this bumper rust over time?
A: The aluminum shell will not rust, and the steel components are powder-coated and protected. This bumper is designed for longevity in harsh conditions.
