The Thule Vero combines serious 80 lb-per-bike capacity with a highly adaptable telescopic bike-holding system designed for everything from road and mountain bikes to fat bikes, step-through e-bikes and even cargo bikes.

Each 180-degree pivoting telescopic arm operates independently and can secure the bike at the frame or rear wheel, making it easier to accommodate very different bike styles on the same rack.

Add 5-inch tire compatibility, up to a 53-inch wheelbase, optional loading ramp capability and both 1.25-inch and 2-inch receiver compatibility, and Vero becomes one of the most versatile heavy-bike racks in the Thule lineup.

BUILT AROUND BIKE COMPATIBILITY

Two Very Different Bikes? That's the Point.

Modern bikes don't all look alike anymore.

Step-through e-bikes, fat bikes, cargo bikes, kids' bikes and full-suspension mountain bikes can all present very different challenges to a conventional bike rack.

Vero tackles that problem with independently operated telescopic arms that pivot through 180 degrees. The pivoting head and locking strap can secure the bike at the frame or rear wheel, giving you flexibility in how each bike is positioned.

You don't have to own two matching bikes for your rack to work well.

HEAVY E-BIKE FRIENDLY

80 lb Capacity Helps. Not Having to Lift 80 lb Helps More.

Vero is designed around heavy bikes, and that extends beyond simply increasing the weight rating.

The end of each bike tray is designed to accept the optional Thule Foldable Loading Ramp, allowing a heavy e-bike to be rolled onto the carrier instead of lifted into position.

The loading ramp is sold separately.

NEED A HITCH?

The Thule Vero fits compatible 1.25" and 2" hitch receivers, but your vehicle does not need to have been factory-equipped with one.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT RIDING

The Rack Doesn't Have to Stay in the Way.

Vero tilts down with bikes loaded to help provide access to the vehicle's rear cargo area.

When the bikes are off, the carrier folds vertically against the vehicle to reduce its footprint while driving or parking.

And when you remove the rack completely, built-in transport wheels make moving the 25.4 kg carrier much easier.

OFF-ROAD & RV USE

Approved, But With Specific Conditions.

Thule approves Vero for defined off-road applications such as gravel roads, forest service roads and access roads, subject to the limits in the product safety instructions.

Vero is also approved for motorized RV travel, but Thule requires a 40% reduction in load capacity. Always follow the current Thule fitting and safety instructions for these applications.

Heavy e-bikes are also more likely to have step-through frames, fenders, fat tires or unconventional frame geometry. Vero's telescopic arms and flexible attachment points address those problems at the same time as the increased weight capacity.

Then there are the practical details: built-in transport wheels for moving the rack itself and an optional loading ramp so you don't have to lift a heavy e-bike onto the trays.
